ISLAMABAD – New developments have been reported in Islamabad High Court(IHC) on Monday ober bail plea of Former Senator Faisal Raza Abidi.

IHC dispatched the bail plea of former senator and Pakistan Peoples’ Party(PPP) leader Faisal Raza Abidi to Chief Justice.

IHC judge Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani conducted hearing on the bail pleaof Faisal Raza Abidi.

During the proceedings, the counsel of Faisal Raza Abidi was of the viewthat anti-terrorism clauses were added in his client’s case, so this is amatter of divisional bench.

The lawyer said that a divisional bench headed by Justice Athar Minallah ishearing the other petition.
