ISLAMABAD – Former Test skipper Waseem Akram is likely to be givenimportant assignment in Pakistan Cricket Board.
He is set to be a part of Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) four-membercricket committee.
Former Pakistan Head Coach, Mohsin Hasan Khan, former Test captain Misbahul Haq, and former women cricketer Urooj Mumtaz will also be a part of thecommittee. Moshin will be the Chairman of the committee.
PCB Chairman, Ehsan Mani, had reportedly called on Mohsin to discusscommittee-related matters. Mohsin, who was already in Lahore, met Mani atPCB head office today.
“I am here in Lahore on PCB chairman’s invitation to discuss the mattersrelating to the committee,” Mohsin confirmed.
