KARACHI – Pakistani agencies have broken a terror financing networkworking in Pakistan and Afghanistan on the tip of arrested terrorists inKarachi.
Terrorists have confessed to using hundi and hawala mechanism to transfermoney to Afghanistan for terror financing.
Several terrorists facilitators were arrested in subsequent raids.
Three kidnappers belonging to a banned outfit were arrested by Anti-ViolentCrime Cell (AVCC) in Karachi. They have revealed before the JointInvestigation Team (JIT) that money was transferred to Haji Khan Kandharithrough hawala and hundi.

The JIT was also informed that Haji Khan’s network is working in Karachiand Quetta. Terrorist Naimat told the JIT that 50 different bank accountswere used for transfer of money to Afghanistan.
