During takeoff and landing, two planes collided, resulting in the deaths of5 individuals, including 1 child, on a runway at an airport in Mexico’sDurango region.
The incident occurred when one plane was taking off while the other waslanding on the same runway at a small airport constructed on hilly terrain.
Both planes were small, single-engine aircraft, and the collision was sosevere that both aircraft caught fire and were destroyed.
