ISLAMABAD – Pakistani batsman Fawad Alam has achieved yet another milestoneof his career.
He completed 11,000 runs in first-class cricket during the Quaid-e-AzamTrophy match in Lahore.
Alam’s good form with the bat in domestic cricket has stretched intoanother season as he notched up his 29th first-class ton against LahoreBlues.
Not only Alam scored his 29th century, but also completed 11000 runs indomestic cricket — which is the second highest ever by Pakistan batsmen.Former Pakistan opening batsman Saeed Anwar holds the record of most runsin domestic cricket with 11,198 runs.
