ISLAMABAD – On the directions of PM Imran Khan the Federal InvestigationAgency (FIA) has imposed a ban on extending the protocol to VIPs atairports across the country.

According to the notification issued by Additional Director FIAImmigration, no FIA official will extend the protocol to any VIP atthe airport.

Any FIA official or personnel who tried to give protocol to suchpersonalities would have to face legal action, the notification stated.

Shift Incharge and Assistant Director Immigration would be responsible andanswerable if the protocol was extended to any VIP, it further read.
