Pakistan China to sign 5 key MoUs during Chinese Vice President visit to Pakistan

ISLAMABAD – Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said five Memorandumsof Understanding will be signed during the visit of Chinese Vice President.

Talking to media in Islamabad, he said the visiting dignitary will alsoinaugurate some of the projects.

He said the Chinese Vice President will hold meetings with President DrArif Alvi, Prime Minister Imran Khan, and Army Chief General Qamar JavedBajwa.

He said an investiture ceremony will also be held in honor of Wang Qishan,where he will be conferred upon an award for his role to promote bilateralties between Pakistan and China.

The Foreign Minister said Chinese Vice President will also visit historicalplaces in Lahore, where Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar will warmlyreceive the guest.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi said visit of the Chinese Vice President indicatesstrong ties between Islamabad and Beijing and demonstrates resolve of thetwo countries in developing and promoting China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.
