In a letter sent to the PIA, foreign ministry asked the PIA management toput a Boeing 777 aircraft on standby for VVIP’s upcoming visit to SaudiArabia.
According to the letter, the special plane will depart for Madinah fromIslamabad on April 28, Thursday, at 2:00 pm. On Friday, the plane willdepart for Jeddah from Madinah on April 29 at 1:30 pm.
The plane will take off from Jeddah to Islamabad on April 30 at 5:00 amearly morning.
The foreign ministry has also sought a reply from the national airlineregarding the availability of the chartered plane.

After the airing of ARY News report, the PM House staffers contacted PIAofficials. Sources told ARY News that 80 seats have been booked for thepremier’s visit instead of the whole plane, whereas, the payment of thetickets will be made by the foreign ministry.
