Disgruntled Hamid Karzai lashes out at Pakistan PM Imran Khan

KABUL – Former President Hamid Karzai, strongly condemned remarks byPakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan over the need of an interim governmentin Afghanistan as an “evident” interference.

Prime Minister Imran Khan was quoted as saying by media that an interimgovernment was needed to resolve Afghanistan problems and reach a peacedeal.

“We want friendly relationships based on mutual respects with theneighboring and regional states. We want Pakistan and other countries inreturn to seriously avoid statements and meddling under different titleslike an interim government offer and our election issues based on goodwilland mutual respects,” Karzai said Tuesday in a statement.
