ISLAMABAD – President Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Sardar Masood Khan saysChina-Pakistan Economic Corridor project is part of Belt and Roadinitiative which would greatly benefit other countries in the region.

Talking to an expert of international affairs, Miss Laura Schuurman inIslamabad on Monday, he said Belt and Road initiative is an importantproject which would bring intercontinental connectivity, economicdevelopment and prosperity.

He said India is misleading international community by labeling baselessallegations on CPEC as it is frightened to see Pakistan heading towardsrapid economic development.

Sardar Masood Khan said that number of projects on infrastructuredevelopment, power generation and establishing industrial Zone have beenstarted in Pakistan and Azad Kashmir under the CPEC.
