IAF LoC violation: Do you agree with former President Pervaiz Musharraf advice to Pakistan Military?

DUBAI: Former army chief and ex-president General (Retd.) Pervez Musharrafsaid that Islamabad must give immediate response to New Delhi as it will bemore beneficial for Pakistan.

Responding latest intrusion by Indian Air Force (IAF) aircraft on Line ofControl (LoC), Musharraf said, “We can give major damage to them [India]too in response of any loss on ceasefire line. We must start devising plansto find areas from where we could target India.”

The former army chief urged to adopt tit-for-tat rule, saying thatpreparations should be completed to intrude in other’s territory if Indiawas trespassing Pakistani borders. He said, “I had always maintain stancenot to tease us otherwise it would be quite troublesome for you.”

Musharraf said rapid response forces should be prepared to launch attack onsecond spot if India showed aggression against Pakistan. He also suggestedauthorities to control tensed situation by using its allies.

He claimed that Pulwama attack was self-planned by India but allegationswere being levelled against Pakistan. Musharraf said that New Delhi washastily attempting to get back its berth after facing isolationinternationally despite propagating against Pakistan. He added thatKulbhushan Jadhav case exposed Indian conspiracies against neighbouringcountry on international level.

Taking aim at Indian leadership, the former president said that PrimeMinister Narendra Modi was fooling his nation as he was afraid of defeat ofBJP [Bharatiya Janata Party] in forthcoming elections following risingpopularity of Congress while the political party also faced defeat in fivestates. He added that Indian politicians have always used same tactics ofcreating anti-Pakistan environment to utilise its benefits in polls.

“Pakistan is completely ready for its defence at any time. I am much sureof befitting response by Pakistan Air Force if India sends its [fighter]planes in our territory. PAF is possessing capability of best responsetime, however it should be more good.”
