ISLAMABAD – Iranian Air Chief Hassan Shah Safi reached Pakistan to holdbilateral meetings with his Pakistani counterparts on invitation of thePakistan Air Force Chief.

The visiting Air Chief called on Chief of Army Staff General Qamar JavedBajwa at GHQ on Monday.

According to the ISPR, they discussed matters of mutual interest, includingprofessional affairs.

Earlier in February, the army chief also met the Iranian ambassador toPakistan Mehdi Honardoost.
