*RAWALPINDI - A Pakistan Air Force’s (PAF) aircraft on Monday skidded off runway during landing, said Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).*
According to the military’s media wing, pilots of the aircraft remained unhurt while the plane endured minor damage in the incident.
An inquiry board have been formed at the Air Headquarters to probe into the incident.
Earlier, a Pakistan International Airline (PIA) aircraft veered off the runway at Panjgur Airport, Balochistan on November 10.
As many as 57 passengers were aboard the flight PK-517 that was heading to Panjgur from Karachi, however, all the passengers remained safe, PIA spokesperson later said in a statement.
The incident occurred when the plane was touching down the runway and it got veered off the landing belt. According to reports, tyres of the aircraft were partially damaged in the incident.
