Pakistani Christian community among most looked after in PM welfare program, reveals data

In line with the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan, 95 percent registered complaints of Christian community on Citizen Portal have been resolved.

According to an official report, in the last three years, 10,700 members of the Christian community including 1300 females registered themselves on the Pakistan Citizen Portal and they registered 13430 complaints during this period.

In the context of resolved complaints, 6664 people expressed their views while overall the satisfaction rate for the portal's services was 50 percent.

The report shows that the highest number of 2366 complaints was received from the power and energy sector while 2031 complaints were registered on municipal services.

It also shows that the Christian community is 100% satisfied with the Health Justice Card facility.
