ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) takes a strong exception to the PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari statements cum threats.
NAB on Tuesday responded to Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari's statement from earlier, claiming that the bureau will take legal action despite threats.
The PPP chairman had criticised the NAB on Monday saying parties were being deprived of their right to freedom and politics.* link*
"They detain without proving any of the allegations they make," he added. The PPP leader commented on how "they [the NAB] could not bear constructive criticism" either.
A press release from NAB said threats from the chairman of a political party will not deter it from pursuing legal action.
