In line with the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan, 95 percent registeredcomplaints of Christian community on Citizen Portal have been resolved.
According to an official report, in the last three years, 10,700 members ofthe Christian community including 1300 females registered themselves on thePakistan Citizen Portal and they registered 13430 complaints during thisperiod.
In the context of resolved complaints, 6664 people expressed their viewswhile overall the satisfaction rate for the portal’s services was 50percent.
The report shows that the highest number of 2366 complaints was receivedfrom the power and energy sector while 2031 complaints were registered onmunicipal services.
It also shows that the Christian community is 100% satisfied with theHealth Justice Card facility.
