Pakistan to launch ferry service for the Middle Eastern country

Pakistan and Oman want to launch a ferry service between the two countriesto promote trade and tourism.

According to reports, Oman’s Ambassador to Pakistan Omar Ahmed Al-Marhooncalled on the Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed on Wednesday anddiscussed bilateral relations, trade, and tourism.

During the meeting, the possibilities of restoring sea lanes and launchinga ferry service were also discussed.

The Interior Minister told the Omani ambassador that Pakistan is ready toease visa requirements for citizens of Oman for trade and tourism inPakistan.
