FAISALABAD – A constable received bullet injuries during a cross firingbetween two rival groups in the area of Sadar police station.Police spokesman said here Sunday that Sadar police received a complaintthat two rival groups are fighting and resorting to firing on each other inGulshan Town Chak 225/R-B Malkhanwala.Receiving information, a police party rushed to the spot and tried tocontrol the situation but in the meantime, a bullet hit constable Naumannear his shoulder and he was shifted to hospital.The police rounded up two accused from the spot and locked them behind barsfor further investigation.The injured constable was admitted in the hospital and his condition is outof danger, the spokesman added.
