A decision was taken during Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s meeting withparty supremo Nawaz Sharif in London on Saturday, say sources.
Dar will take oath as a Senator immediately after his return to Pakistan,they say.
Sources further said that Miftah Ismail, the current finance minister, willremain part of the government’s economic team, while Ishaq Dar will assumecharge as the coalition government’s new finance minister.
