NEW DELHI: After UAE, Bahrain the Gulf Islamic Country gives top medal toIndian PM Modi.
Bahrain King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa on Sunday conferred its top award,The King Hamad Order of the Renaissance, on Indian Prime Minister NarendraModi, who “humbly” accepted it.
Modi, who was earlier in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for a visit,reached Manama, marking it as the first tour of an Indian prime minister tothe Emirati state. He met the Bahraini king, as well his counterpart,Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, separately.
