KABUL – At least three policemen were killed early Wednesday morning byunknown gunmen in an attack on a check post in Kabul city, according toeyewitnesses.
The incident happened in Campany area in PD13 of Kabul city at about 4amlocal time, residents said.
Reinforcements arrived “very late and the phone number of the PD policechief was not available,” residents added.
The Ministry of Interior (MoI) has confirmed the attack but has not givendetails.
No group including the Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack.
