ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court has directed Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) to submit its report within 15 days regarding use of spurious medicines in hospitals.
A three judge bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Saqib Nisar heard the case in Islamabad on Wednesday.
The court ordered Law and Justice Commission to call a meeting of judges of Drug Courts. The DRAP officials, who appeared before the Court, pleaded for early disposal of cases in the Drug Courts. APP/AFP
