Israeli forces fatally shot two young Palestinians and wounded numerous others in an incursion into a refugee camp situated in the northern region of the occupied West Bank city of Tulkarem.
Additionally, intense confrontations erupted following the Israeli military's entry into the Nur Shams camp, positioned three kilometers east of Tulkarm. The Israeli operation also resulted in significant harm to the camp's infrastructure.
Concurrently, the United Nations has designated 2023 as the deadliest year for Palestinians since it began documenting casualties in 2006. Over two hundred Palestinians have lost their lives due to Israeli gunfire since the commencement of this year.
