Mohsin Naqvi, the Interim Chief Minister of Punjab, stated on Sunday that the provincial government has requested technological assistance from China to enhance production, as reported by Aaj News.
He emphasized that the intention was not to seek handouts but rather to explore technology transfer. During his visit to China, Naqvi engaged in discussions with Chinese officials, spanning areas such as irrigation, agriculture, livestock, dairy, PHA, and IT, all of which received positive support from the Chinese side.
His week-long trip included meetings in various Chinese cities, focusing on bilateral relations and cooperation in agriculture, IT, and the industrial sectors.
Naqvi anticipated that the delegation's efforts would yield results in the near future, and he reiterated that the interim government's sole aim was to acquire technological support from China.
