KARACHI – Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Suhai Aziz Talpur breaks silence over the Chinese Consulate terror attack heroics.
She said that the moment she came to know about the attack on Chinese consulate in Karachi, she immediately rushed towards the incident place.
Talking in Dunya Kamran Khan Kay Sath, the ASP told that police officers conducted operation against the terrorists on a tip off received from their own sources. We called our seniors and more contingents of the security forces for the action, she told.
The officer said that there was an exchange of fire between police and terrorists at the time she reached the spot. When I entered the consulate, a Chinese lady hugged me and I told her that you are in safe hands now, she went on to say.
The ASP said, “We were satisfied that we retaliated the attack and saved the lives of foreigners living in our country.”
