Case registered against Indian actress Sonakshi Sinha, likely to be arrested

MUMBAI - A case has been filed against Bollywood actor Sonakshi Sinha link for allegedly not performing at an event in Delhi after having accepted payment for the same, ANI reported.
The company claims that Sonakshi’s absence has caused a great deal of damage to their reputation.
Apparently, the spectators present at the show were so annoyed at the actress’ absence that they vandalised the venue.
According to the complainant, Sonakshi had agreed to be a part of his show in Delhi on September 30 and even accepted Rs 37 lakh for the same. However, she refused to turn up at the last minute, he added.
The news first emerged in November last year.
Pramod Sharma, the owner of a Moradabad event firm named India Fashion and Beauty Award, claimed to pay Sonakshi Rs 28.17 lakh in June (in four installments through electronic transfer) to perform at the company’s award show in Delhi.
