High profile Saudi Arabia s delegation held important meeting with PM Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD: High profile Saudi Arabia’s delegation held important meetingwith PM Imran Khan.

Saudi Arabia’s Al-Tamimi Group’s chairman along with a delegation called onPrime Minister Imran Khan at his office in Islamabad.

Matters of mutual interest, investment opportunities, ease of doingbusiness, economic reforms and other issues were came under discussion inthe meeting, said sources.

Talking to the Saudi delegation, PM Imran said that Pakistan is blessedwith four seasons, adding that it is an ideal place for agriculture, dairyand fisheries.

He said that the government was focusing on research to increaseagriculture production. The prime minister said that the government wasencouraging private sector to help boost exports.

Al-Tamimi Group chairman lauded the government’s measures for economicstability and added that the reforms will attract foreign investors to thecountry. He said, “Pakistan is my second home.”

Adviser to Prime Minister on Commerce, Textile, Industry and ProductionAbdul Razak Dawood and other senior officials were also present in themeeting.

Earlier on November 7, Prime Minister Imran Khan had invited foreigncompanies to explore business opportunities in the E-commerce sector inPakistan.

He had said this while talking to Chairman of the supervisory Board HuaweiLi Jie, who had called on PM Imran along with his delegation at PM House inIslamabad.
