KARACHI – The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has reportedlyinitiated a probe against the Defence Housing Authority management andother departments over illegal reclamation of land.
As per media report, NAB has initiated an investigation against themanagements of Defence Housing Authority (DHA), Sindh EnvironmentalProtection Agency (SEPA) and other departments for illegal reclamation of aland over Gizri Creek, delta area, course of Malir River near DHA Phase 8Karachi.
Taking cognizance of illegal reclamation of land, the NBA has written aletter to secretary Sindh Land Utilization Department, Board of Revenue forprovision of record, rules and procedure.
