ISLAMABAD – Najam Sethi on Sunday said he would take legal action againsthis predecessor Sheharyar Khan for holding him solely responsible for thedecision to proceed against Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI)for violating a contract with the board.
Sethi took to Twitter to share that he would engage in litigation againsthim.
Earlier on December 21, Khan had pointed the finger at Sethi for financialloses that the board suffered in compensation case against the BCCI.
After losing the legal battle of compensation against the Indian board, thePCB had suffered yet another blow last week, when the International CricketCouncil (ICC) announced that the board would have to pay legal expenses ofthe case as well.
