A member of Indian Army-backed terrorist militia, Village Defence Committee, committed suicide in Udhampur district of Jammu region.
This incident of suicide raised the number of such deaths amongst Indian troops, police personnel and VDC members in occupied Kashmir to three hundred and seventy five during last ten years.
