ISLAMABAD – The bench constituted to hear the NAB appeals against therelease of the Sharif family was dissolved after Justice Umar Atta Bandialexcused himself from the case for being unwell.
Justice Mazhar Alam has been included in the bench in place of Justice UmarAtta Bandial.
The bench led by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar will hear the appeals onWednesday. It will comprise of Justice Mashir Alam and Justice Mazhar Alam.
