NEW DELHI – India summoned a senior official of the Pakistan HighCommission here Tuesday and lodged a strong protest over the loss of livesof three of its soldiers in the Sunderbani sector of Jammu and Kashmir twodays ago.
The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), in a statement, said it alsocondemned in the strongest terms such a provocative action by Pakistan.
The Pakistan High Commission official was summoned to the MEA and ademarche was made, lodging a strong protest over the loss of lives ofIndian soldiers in the Sunderbani sector on October 21, the statement said.
