Israeli forces fatally shot two young Palestinians and wounded numerousothers in an incursion into a refugee camp situated in the northern regionof the occupied West Bank city of Tulkarem.
Additionally, intense confrontations erupted following the Israelimilitary’s entry into the Nur Shams camp, positioned three kilometers eastof Tulkarm. The Israeli operation also resulted in significant harm to thecamp’s infrastructure.
Concurrently, the United Nations has designated 2023 as the deadliest yearfor Palestinians since it began documenting casualties in 2006. Over twohundred Palestinians have lost their lives due to Israeli gunfire since thecommencement of this year.
