Former Pakistani fast bowler Mohammad Asif has said that he selected BabarAzam during trials.
According to media reports, Mohammad Asif revealed, “I selected Babar Azamin trials after he faced just 2 deliveries. You can ask his father that Iselected Babar in the ZTBL trials.”
He further mentioned that Babar Azam is one of the country’s finest batsmenbut struggles with power hitting, which puts pressure on Mohammad Rizwan.He also stated that even today, he can make Babar Azam bowl a maiden overin T20 cricket if he provides him good deliveries because Babar can’t hitthose deliveries.
