Thisunfortunate event occurred when two trains collided near Qilla Sattar Shahin the Sheikhupura district, according to reports from the local police.The collision transpired when a passenger train bound for Mianwali struck astationary freight train occupying the main railway line.
In the immediate aftermath of the accident, rescue teams swiftly arrived atthe scene to provide assistance. They promptly transported the injuredindividuals to a nearby hospital, where five of them are reported to be incritical condition.
