President Mamnoon Hussain says the government attaches great importance to the development and socio-economic uplift of Gilgit-Baltistan.

He was talking to Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan Hafiz Hafiz-ur-Rehman and the cabinet members of Gilgit-Baltistan in Gilgit on Thursday.

The president stated that early and timely implementation of the projects under CPEC is the top priority of the government.
