KARACHI: Meesha Shafi’s counsel Barrister Ahmad Pansota has made newrevelations about the case against singer Ali Zafar.

He said the singer has evidence to back up her allegations against AliZafar.

The barrister said: “She has proof of sexual harassment against Ali Zafar,”while elaborating that the allegations are under thorough examination as ofnow and the legal course that will be taken up by the accused would decidethe course of action.

He further added that Shafi would not have leveled any accusations if shewas not in possession of evidence that support her statements.

The lawyer said that the matter will be evaluated from all aspects by thelegal team.

Earlier in the day, Shafi announced that she has engaged prominent lawyersNighat Dad and Muhammad Ahmad Pansota as legal advisors to ‘look after allissues pertaining to sexual harassment claim against Ali Zafar’.

‘Media is requested to contact them to get any update on the ongoingissue,’ she added.
