Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday met Sri Lankan President GotabayaRajapaksa at Presidential Secretariat in Colombo.
As per the details, both leaders discussed matters of mutual interest.
Earlier, the premier met Sri Lankan Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapsa onTuesday.
Prime Minister Imran Khanlinkwhileaddressing a press conference with his Sri Lankan counterpart said that hewas grateful to the Prime Minister of Sri Lanka for the invitation andexcellent hospitality.
PM Khan highlighted the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and its deadly effectsthe poor countries.
“Poor countries are affected by the coronavirus pandemic, Pakistan has apopulation of 220 million, we could only give a package of 8 billiondollars, but Pakistan is now fighting against the novel virus.”
