The ‘Universe Boss’ Chris Gayle, who is a part of Pakistan Super League(PSL) franchise Quetta Gladiators, acknowledged that it is pleasing to tourPakistan.
In his recent interview during PSL 6, Chris Gaylelinksaid,“I am glad to be playing cricket at this particular time. Playing duringthis particular time is a blessing. Hopefully, things can get better in thefuture.”
Gayle is also known as the only player to smash more than a thousand sixesin T20 cricket.
On touring Pakistan for the first time since being part of the West Indiesteam on their 2006 tour, the all-rounder acknowledges it’s pleasing to tourthe country.
“It’s good to be in Pakistan after 15 years,” said Gayle, who will leaveshortly to feature in the West Indies’ T20I against Sri Lanka back home.”
“It’s fantastic! I did not get a full house based on restrictions, but itwas good to see some people. It was good to have a blast. I am lookingforward to continuing playing in Pakistan,” he added.

Speaking more about Prime Minister Imran Khan, who remained a legendarycricketer for more than twenty years, Gayle said, “That’s fantastic to seea cricketer being a Prime Minister. It’s a wonderful thing.”
On his self-styled claim of being “Universe Boss”, he went on to add that,“I am the only Prime Minister of the entire Caribbean because I am theUniverse Boss.
“So you know what is the universe? Well, I’m the Prime Minister,” Gayleadded.
