KABUL – At least five militants affiliated with the Islamic State of Iraqand Syria Khurasan (ISIS-K) were killed in separate drone strikes conductedin eastern Nangarhar province of Afghanistan, bordering Pakistan.
The 201st Silab Corps of the Afghan Military in a statement said thecoalition forces carried out drone strikes against the militants of theterror group in Achin and Khogyani districts on Tuesday.
The statement further added that three of the militants were killed inAchin district while two others were killed in Khogyani district.
