ISLAMABAD: Higher Education Commission HEC has issued the rankings of Universities throughout the country. Quaid-e-Azam University succeeded to retain the slot of top most University of Pakistan in 2015 rankings.
As per details, University of the Punjab succeeded to secure the second position in top ten universities. HEC Chairman Dr. Mukhtar was addressing a press conference regarding the rankings of universities in Pakistan here at Tuesday.
He said that NUST University retains third position while Agriculture University Faisalabad secured fourth position. Agha Khan University, COMSET University, Engineering University Islamabad, Karachi University, University of Health Lahore and university of Veterinary and Animal Sciences secured 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th positions respectively.
Dr. Mukhtar added that University of Faisalabad retained 1stposition in Agriculture category while Iqra University Karachi got 1st position in Business category.
National College of Arts secured 1st slot in Art category and Agha Khan University is declared top university in Medical category while NUST University retains most top university in engineering category.
