Former CM Punjab Dost Mohammad Khosa jumped ship

KARACHI – Former chief minister of Punjab Dost Mohammad Khosa has jumpedpolitical ship.

Khosa has formally joined the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP).

Khosa met PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari at the Bilawal House lateSaturday night. PPP leaders Qamar Zaman Kaira, Faisal Saleh Hayat, AbdulQayoom Soomro, Zulfiqar Shah, Ayoob Khosa were also present on the occasion.link

Khosa, the son of former Punjab governor Zulfiqar Ali Khosa, was elected asPunjab chief minister back in 2008.

He was first elected as an MPA when his father vacated the provincial seatafter taking oath as Punjab governor in August 1999.
