An Iraq-returned man received $30,000 from a forexlink dealerlink in Karachi in return for exchangingRs5 million, but the dollars were fake and the forexlinklink to defraud the overseas Pakistani ofhis hard-earned money, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Steel Town Police Station on Tuesday arrested two accused dealers who gavefake US dollars amounting to $15,000 to the man. However another twoaccused including a female culprit managed to flee in a car with the Rs5million cash.
The victim told the police that he had a deal to receive $30,000 inexchange of five million Pakistani rupees, but he received a packet of$15,000 fake US currency.
