ISLAMABAD – In occupied Kashmir, senior Hurriyat leader, Professor AbdulGhani Butt says India should accept the fact that Jammu and Kashmir is arecognized international dispute which is testified by relevant UNresolutions.
In a media interview in Srinagar, Professor Abdul Ghani Butt said ifKashmir dispute is not resolved, the situation can lead to a nuclearcatastrophe in South Asia and the world will not be able to cope with itsdangerous consequences.
He said human rights violations in occupied Kashmir by Indian troops arecondemnable and military lockdown and gagging of Internet are worst ofrights abuses.
He said people of occupied territory are staying inside their homes and inthis way they are expressing their anger in a graceful manner.
