NEW DELHI: Navjot Singh Sidhu, a renowned former cricketer and minister inthe Indian Punjab, on Thursday expressed gratitude to Prime Minister ImranKhan and the Pakistani government for opening Kartarpur border.
According to the details, Sidhu made a telephone call to senator FaisalJaved Khan and conveyed his sentiments saying that the Sikh community’slongstanding demand had been fulfilled by the Pakistani government.
He said Pakistan’s measures will bring peace and brotherhood among the twoneighboring countries.
“I am thankful to Pakistani government form the bottom of my heart,” Sidhusaid and added that he could not forget the love which he received inPakistan.
