China has urged the United States on Friday to avoid sending any wrongsignals to proponents of Taiwanese independence.
The Chinese Foreign Ministry issued the statement in reaction to the USPresident Joe Biden’s statement in which he said the United States wouldcome to the Chinese-claimed island’s defence.
