Islamabad: An Accountability Court on Wednesday has rejected PakistanPeople’s Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari’s plea seeking acquittalin mega-money laundering, Park Lane and Thatta water supply references.
The court announced its reserved verdict on the appeals of Asif Ali Zardari.
According to details, the court rejected the PPP leader’s petition fordismissal of supplementary references and directed all accused to apearbefore the court in the next hearing for the indictment process.
The court will indict former president Asif Ali Zardari and other accusedon September 28.
On the other hand, Islamabad High Court adjourned hearing Asif Zardari’sintrim bail plea till October 15.
