BEIJING – Chinese foreign ministry breaks silence over secret visit ofAfghan Taliban to Beijing.
Afghanistan’s Taliban delegation is currently visiting China forconsultations with the Chinese officials on the situation in Afghanistanand the process of promoting peace and reconciliation in Afghanistan, aChinese foreign ministry’s spokesperson Monday said.
“Head of the Taliban Political Office in Doha, Mullah Baradar and severalof his assistants have recently come to China for consultations.
