*LAHORE – Prime Minister Imran Khan has arrived in Lahore on an importantvisit.*

*He is on a daylong visit to chair a meeting of the Punjab cabinet.*

During his stay in the provincial capital, the prime minister will meetPunjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar.

He will preside over a meeting of the Punjab cabinet to review theimplementation of the PTI government’s 100-day plan.

The prime minister will also meet members of the provincial assembly andparty leaders, according to a statement issued by the PTI media cell.

This will be the second visit of the premier to the provincial capital ofPunjab since he assumed office in August.

Yesterday, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar chaired a high levelmeeting in Lahore and reviewed proposals regarding the new local governmentsystem.
