Palestine Liberation Organization and the Islamic Hamas movement have slammed U.S. President Donald Trump for suggesting removing the issue of Jerusalem from the Middle East peace talks.
In a press statement, a PLO Executive Committee member Ahmad Tamimi said Trump’s remarks express the biased U.S. policy toward Israel.
He said Trump would not be able to remove the issue of Jerusalem from hearts of the Palestinians, Arabs and Muslims.
Meanwhile, Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri in Gaza called Trump’s decision to remove Jerusalem from Palestinian-Israeli talks very dangerous.
